It was decided that RIBA would be the best venue for the event as access and opportunities for an exhibition were better than at the Old Cinema.
Date
The event will be held in Autumn 2007, allowing time for preparation and as more students will be able to attend during term time.
Conference programme
Potential speakers were discussed and suggestions of people from each profession were put forward.
Funding and Publicity
The possibility of sponsorship and methods of marketing the event were also talked about.
