Graves is currently showcasing an exhibition of Angus McBean’s surrealist portraits including Audrey Hepburn, Vivien Leigh, and Noel Coward. McBean’s began his career in the theatre as a mask-maker and scenery designer. In the 1930s this style was imitated in his theatrical and inventive photography.
